The benchmark of sports sedans since... well, since people talked about "Sports Sedans". Is it still the King?
Paul and Todd disagreed (big suprise). What do you think?

First off, I'd just like to say you guys did an excellent job with this latest review. The finished product seemed much more polished than your previous reviews. Bravo. Cool

I can actually relate to almost everything you've said about the 3-Series since I had the chance to drive a 328xi this summer. It's a fantastic car all around, but I think BMW could learn a few things from Audi in the interior department. I haven't actually driven any of the 3's rivals, so I can't say whether it's still the king or not. But it's right behind the Z4 as the best car I've ever driven.

Great job guys. Awesome review. You're definitely getting a lot more polished.

In terms of exterior styling, I agree that it seems a little more Corollaesque in certain aspects. I think they need to step it up a bit and become a bit bolder in pioneering a fresher, more unique and exciting style.

I've never been super impressed with BMW's 3-series interior design. Thanks for pointing out the fake wood trim. I've always thought making plastic look like wood, is like polishing a turd. In the end it's still a piece of crap. Volvo's even stepped up in the interior design category with their love it or hate it floating console. At least their taking a chance and they've designed a fresh, ergonomic interior that even my mother-in-law can understand and operate.
